Becky on a chain

Becky is a spayed 3 yr old female. Been used for a couple litters of pups. Now needs to be rehomed! She is on a tie out chain because she chases cars etc and owner doesn't have a fenced yard. No pictures available yet. I will evaluate her later this week, but if anyone would want to contact her owner to possibly adopt or foster Becky let me know.
