Lucy is doing wonderfully. I'm guessing she is a McNab. This web site describes the McNab line.
She is a very soft dog, taking even the slightest correction by dropping flat to the ground. Lucy is a face washer and an ear cleaner she also works well as a blanket. Her herding drive is very apparent as she controls a chosen dog in the pack during playtime.
Lucy reminds me of another foster I had a year or so ago, Mora. Quick, fast, and energetic, but able to be calm in the house. She's just a little dog weighing about 25 pounds. The difference in the "chained" photos and the newest ones are obvious.

Wow, Lucy is barely recognizable in the new pictures. I hope she finds a great home.
A little Augie update: we just got 6 baby chicks and are conditioning Augie to them. (we've told her that they are 'her chicks' and it's really important for her to take care of them; so far, so good, she lays down by their pen and just watches :). She's also become a real champ at the local dog parks, inciting all sorts of chase games with the other dogs, and she can catch a frisbee about 1 in 20 throws :) Augie is almost done with her first series of obedience classes and we're thinking about tackling an agility class in a few more months (once she is less distracted by other dogs). Is Spice doing any better?
