Likely a Border Collie mix with a short easy care coat and amusingly curled tail he would be a great first foster dog if you'd care to try. Or if you'd love to take him home to raise as a perfect companion he's ready to go. Well socialized and ready for obedience classes. He doesn't seem interested in the cats and has been gentle with Fiona.

Boy, we just need to call him Boy! :-) He looks wonderful Vicky and happy, what a great plus that he respects Fiona and cats. Who wouldn't want such happy go lucky pup? Vaccibnated neutered and even microchipped.
